Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 14, 2026

This policy explains what Primal Signal collects, why it is collected, and how it is used to operate the early-access waitlist, invited research cohorts, founder reservations, and future paid services.

Information We Collect

When you sign in with Google, Primal Signal receives basic identity information such as your name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier.

The user profile may collect company, role, investor type, asset focus, expected usage, optional phone number, and communication consent. Stripe handles payment details; Primal Signal stores subscription identifiers and billing status, not raw card numbers.

The early-access form may collect experience level, market focus, research challenges, pricing interest, referral attribution, campaign attribution, consent records, and a privacy-protected network identifier used for abuse prevention.

How Information Is Used

Account and profile information is used to authenticate access, manage subscriptions, improve onboarding, support users, and understand which features matter most.

Usage information, saved tickers, watchlists, signal snapshots, and validation history may be used to operate and improve the research workflow and performance tracking features.

Waitlist information is used to assess cohort fit, issue invitations, measure launch interest, manage referrals, process founder reservations, and improve onboarding. Marketing messages are sent only when the user has provided the applicable consent and include an unsubscribe method.

Service Providers

Primal Signal uses third-party providers for authentication, hosting, payments, transactional email, market data, and related infrastructure. These providers process information only as needed to support the service.

Stripe processes payment information and provides checkout, subscription, invoice, and customer portal workflows. Google provides identity verification for Google sign-in.

Data Protection

Primal Signal uses server-side access controls, signed sessions, secure cookies, Stripe webhook verification, and production environment secrets to protect sensitive workflows.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Users should protect their own account access and notify support if they suspect unauthorized use.
