These terms govern access to Primal Signal, including the early-access waitlist, invitations, founder reservations, signal tools, watchlists, validation views, and future paid services.
Primal Signal provides market research software, data organization, signal dashboards, behavioral context, and validation tooling. The service does not provide brokerage, custody, trade execution, tax, legal, accounting, or personalized investment advisory services.
Signals, rankings, alerts, and summaries are research inputs. You are responsible for your own investment decisions, position sizing, timing, portfolio suitability, and risk management.
You must use accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee an invitation. Product access may require selection for a cohort, Google sign-in with the invited email address, and a completed user profile.
Primal Signal may limit, suspend, or revoke access for abuse, attempted security bypass, payment failure, misuse of data, scraping, resale, redistribution, or activity that threatens the stability of the service.
A founder reservation is a refundable priority-access reservation, not a subscription, security, investment product, deposit account, or guarantee of admission or financial return. A qualifying reservation may be credited toward an eligible paid plan at launch. It does not replace the cohort invitation requirement.
If fewer than 15 paid founder reservations are confirmed by September 30, 2026, confirmed reservations will be refunded to their original payment methods. Payment-provider processing times may apply.
If recurring subscriptions are offered later, renewal terms and plan features will be shown before purchase. Payment and access status are confirmed by Stripe webhook events, not by client-side checkout redirects alone.
You may not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, bulk export, scrape, or redistribute the service, its proprietary signal logic, or third-party licensed data.
You may not use the service to submit malicious payloads, attack infrastructure, bypass payment or access controls, or interfere with other users.
Market data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable. Primal Signal does not guarantee investment performance, trading outcomes, uptime, data completeness, or uninterrupted access.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Primal Signal is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, indirect damages, or decisions made from research outputs.
